I’m an easy going and relaxed Personal Trainer with an exceptionally high level of technical expertise and over a decade of industry experience. I never yell during sessions and will always listen to what you need. I will meticulously formulate a realistic plan to help you progress with your training and long term health goals but also have the versatility and experience to respond and adjust as your needs change.

I have trained clients for triathlons, marathons and every sport you can imagine. I have also trained clients with a range of ongoing medical conditions and significant physical limitations. I have experience working closely with GP’s, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Specialists. If you have niggles, a pre-existing condition or past injuries that have been exacerbated from exercise in the past or have just held you back physically in any way then I am the trainer for you!
