I’ve recently read a wonderful book called ‘The 10 Things you Need to Eat” (Lieberman, D and O’Connor, A (2010) HarperCollins. 272.)

They break down the benefits of eating certain super foods and give some amazing recipes (over 100 in total) to make them taste great too!

According to their research, the 10 foods you need to eat are –

  1. Tomatoes
  2. Avocados
  3. Beets
  4. Spinach
  5. Quinoa
  6. Lentils
  7. Cabbage
  8. Super Fish
  9. Nuts
  10. Berries

If you can get a hold of the book it’s really worth a read. The authors have condensed a huge amount of information into instantly usable and easily absorbed key points that you can start using straight away. Stanton library in North Sydney has a copy for loan!
