I’ll be taking the week off between the 25th of December and the 1st of January this year.
I will be running sessions up to and including the morning of the 24th of December and then will start back on Monday the 2nd of January this year.
If you’re keen to increase your training volume during the weeks on either side of the break, let me know as there’s always extra room during late December/early January!
