What type of training will we do?

A varied, enjoyable and challenging combination of Cardio and Resistance training in the great outdoors. We use resistance bands, weights, body weight, fit balls, dead balls, ropes, sleds and bags to strengthen and sculpt the major muscle groups. A combination of resistance training and cardio is an essential aspect of any training program and a sure road to a fit and healthy lifestyle.
