About me

A little bit about me…

I’m married with two daughters and a cat named Alf and we live in Chatswood. All of us love the outdoors and spend our free time at the beach, learning guitar, dancing, cooking, overnight hiking and camping. One of the best things about living in Sydney is the wonderful temperate climate and beautiful public spaces along the foreshore and I feel very lucky to get to enjoy that with my family and clients every day!

My Experience

I have been working as a Personal Trainer as my full time vocation since 2009 helping 100’s of clients reach their health and fitness goals. I worked at Fitness First St Leonards from 2005 until 2010 and have been an outdoor/mobile PT since 2010. Rather than me telling you about my clients experiences, why not just read their reviews instead!
