I love to run sessions in and around Bradfield Park. Which is located only a short walk from Milsons Point Station, the northern end of the Harbour Bridge walk, Luna Park and North Sydney Pool. With a vast green hill, an abundance of shade and arguably the best view of the Sydney skyline. There are automated bathrooms open from 6am and ample free street parking for most of the day. You will also find shelter from the rain under the bridge and plenty of shade beneath the long rows of trees and the stone pylons of the bridge.

I also run sessions up in St Leonard’s Park and over in Waverton. Being a mobile business I have the flexibility to come to you if you have a space you prefer!


What kind of training sessions do you run?

I have taken the best parts of indoor training and transported it outside. With no expense spared I carry a full range of dumbbells, competition Kettlebells, powerbands, micro bands, battleropes, Olympic bars and bumper plates. We also use the TRX, parallettes, the Swiss Ball, Blazepods, a Concept 2 RowERG and Punchfit 12-16oz boxing gloves so you will never go wanting!

I have been working as a full time, self employed Personal Trainer helping 100s of clients since 2009. I would love to help you achieve your fitness and health goals in 2024. By implementing an individualised goal specific plan including strength and conditioning training, cardio and mobility work I can get you back on track or on to your next goal.
