EXCELLENT42 reviews onJames Iddon1 February 2024I've been training with Jonno for about 6 months now, 6am group sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. In my mid 40s, I wanted to get back in to shape, improve my fitness and improve my stamina as an enthusiastic (but unfit) soccer player. I expected that I would do it for a couple of months and either get bored or find excuses not to get up at 05:30 three days a week but Jonno and all those that attend the classes have kept me very engaged and I can't imagine not getting up and doing it for the foreseeable future. After 6 months I feel better both physically and mentally and have gone a long way to achieve the goals I set out with. I wouldn't have done it on my own (years of unused gym memberships have proven that) and I have Jonno to thank for keeping me on track! A typical group session size is between 4 - 10 people of all shapes, abilities and ages and a great group of regular and committed men and women. All sessions are 45 - 60 minutes and have a good mix of exercises to give a full body workout. Your pace and weight/resistance is in your control (with some gentle pushing) and so it is great for both those who are getting started and for those who want to push themselves a little harder.
